Role Overview & Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Financial Planner to join our team.
This role is suitable for:
- Professionals currently working in financial planning, or
- Professionals returning to the workforce after a career break, for any reason
We value capability, maturity, and intent over linear career continuity.
A well-considered break is not seen as a disadvantage.
The role offers an opportunity to engage in pure, advice-driven financial planning—without sales pressures.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial plans tailored to client goals
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned clients
- Independently handle client interactions and ongoing engagement
- Provide advice across investments, retirement, estate planning, and related areas
- Prepare clear, structured presentations for client discussions
- Review portfolio analysis, asset allocation, and client reporting
- Coordinate with internal teams and support client servicing
- Stay updated on financial products, regulations, and market developments
- Work closely with a team of experienced professionals
- Mentor Para Planners
What You Will NOT Be Required To Do
- No sales or business development responsibilities
- Compensation is not linked to revenue generation
Who We Are Looking For
- Around 5 years of relevant experience as a Financial Planner (can include experience prior to a career break)
- High level of empathy and listening ability
- Must be currently based in Mumbai
- Strong interest in financial planning
- Good analytical ability and practical financial understanding
- Comfortable working in a small, high-accountability environment
Required Qualifications
- CFP® / CA / CFA (any one mandatory)
- NISM XA/XB is mandatory regulatory requirement
Work Structure (Important to Note)
- 5-day work week: Tuesday to Saturday
- Weekly off: Sunday & Monday
- Work mode: Hybrid (Work From Home plus Work From Office – BKC)
- Saturday physical office attendance is mandatory
This structure is integral to how we operate and is non-negotiable.
Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed CTC starting from ₹7.8 lakhs per annum (higher based on experience)

- The entire process is designed to be thorough and is expected to take approximately 3–4 weeks.
