| Role Overview | As a Trainee – Financial Planning, you will work closely with Senior Financial Planners and support them in delivering high-quality, client-centric financial planning services. | Key Responsibilities: | - Assist Senior Financial Planners in preparing and reviewing financial plans.
- Support portfolio analysis & review, asset allocation, and client reporting.
- Work extensively on Excel-based analysis and presentations.
- Assist with documentation, coordination, and client-servicing processes.
- Learn the end-to-end advisory workflow under close mentorship.

| Who We Are Looking For: | - Freshers or candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience.
- Strong interest in financial planning and wealth management.
- Good analytical ability and practical financial understanding.

| Required Qualifications: | - Graduate or Postgraduate (any discipline)
- CFP® or NISM XA & XB certifications (mandatory)

| Required Skill Set: | - Strong working knowledge of Adv. MS Excel
- Proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint
- Power Query knowledge is an added advantage
- Good spoken & written English
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills

| Work Structure: | - 6 working days per week
- Total working hours: 45 hours per week
- Weekly off: Sunday
- Work mode: Work from Office (BKC, Mumbai)
- Semi-Flexible Work Hours: Structured working hours with some degree of freedom in reporting timings

| Compensation & Training Details: | - Training period: 12 months
- No paid leave during training
- Stipend: ₹25,000 per month (fixed)

| Post-training opportunity: | - On successful completion of the one-year trainee period, and subject to satisfactory performance and qualifying the mandatory SEBI-prescribed examination(s), the candidate may be placed as a Para Financial Planner.
- Current compensation of Para Financial Planner includes:
- ₹30,000 per month (fixed)
- Insurance reimbursement
- Retention bonus
- Performance-linked pay
- 28 paid leaves
- Total CTC: +₹4,00,000 appx. p.a. (after one year)

- Are seeking a short-term, stop-gap, or temporary position
- Are not genuinely interested in building a long-term career in financial planning
- Do not resonate with a humble, ethical, and service-oriented approach to client advisory work
- Believe client servicing is transactional rather than relationship-driven
- Are motivated primarily by incentives, commissions, or short-term financial upside
